General Terms and Conditions of Sale - ManyParts -

ManyParts sells components from old stock, service parts, and surplus batches. These items are intended for reuse by individuals with sufficient technical knowledge. Sales are made to both private individuals and businesses.

2. Product Information All components are described as accurately as possible. Some items are new, while others are used, tested, or recovered from dismantled equipment. This will be clearly stated where applicable. ➡ Electronic components are sensitive to damage caused by incorrect installation or connection Use is at your own risk.

3. No Returns on Electronic Components Due to the risk of damage during use, the following applies: Electronic components are not eligible for return or warranty, unless the wrong item was demonstrably delivered. After installation or connection, components may be damaged in ways that are not externally visible; therefore, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only) Private customers within the EU are legally entitled to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include: • Items that have already been connected, tested, or installed. • Electronic components where it cannot be verified whether damage occurred due to improper use. Returns are only accepted after prior consultation.

5. Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an incorrect delivery (e.g., the wrong item), ManyParts will reimburse the return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

6. Liability ManyParts is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, improper installation, or connection. ➡The buyer is fully responsible for the correct application of all components.

7. Orders and Delivery • Orders are usually shipped within a few working days after receipt of payment. • Shipping is handled by a reliable carrier (e.g., PostNL), or a carrier of your choice. • Shipping costs are communicated in advance.

8. Payment and VAT • All prices on the website are in euros. • For orders within the Netherlands, VAT is included in the listed price. • For deliveries to companies within the EU (outside the Netherlands), VAT may be reversed upon request, provided a valid VAT number is supplied in advance.

9. International Shipping Shipping outside the Netherlands is possible. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are communicated before the order is finalized. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
